With a successful career spanning the last three plus decades, from condominiums to custom homes, from industrial tilt-ups to major commercial centers, Rudy Herrera has been involved in the acquisition, financing and building of an incredible assortment of real estate products.

Raymond Herrera Founding Partner

Being involved in all areas of the construction business since the early ’80’s, Raymond Herrera literally built his 30-year plus real estate career from the ground up. Knowing how to take apart things as well as put them back together has provided Ray with the foundation to understanding and perfecting construction systems.

Dan Greek Vice President of Operations

Dan Greek combines operational insight with a proactive, relationship-driven approach to growth. He thrives on identifying new opportunities, streamlining systems, and building partnerships that move projects forward. Known for his follow-through and attention to detail, Dan ensures that every initiative—big or small—advances the company’s goals efficiently and strategically.

With 18+ years in real estate development, project management, and civil engineering, Waldy Coronado brings strong technical and entitlement expertise. As a registered Arizona architect, she guides complex projects through site analysis and municipal approvals with efficiency and precision.
